presale orders
every hoodie is a presale and made to order. you pay when you order, and we print once we hit our minimum.

if we don't hit 24 orders by october 21, 2026, every order is fully refunded to your original payment method. no questions.

cancelling your order
you can cancel for a full refund any time before your batch goes to print.
- first 24 orders: before we hit 24
- orders after that: before the presale closes on october 21
once your batch goes to print, your hoodie is being made just for you and we can't cancel or refund it.

to cancel, email reztoceo@gmail.com with your name and order number.

returns and size exchanges
because every hoodie is made to order, we don't accept returns or size exchanges for change of mind or fit. please check the size guide before ordering. if you're between sizes, size up.

damaged, defective or wrong item
if your hoodie arrives damaged, has a print defect, or isn't the size you ordered, email reztoceo@gmail.com within 14 days of pickup or delivery with your order number and a photo. we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

shipping costs
shipping fees are refunded only if we cancel the presale, or if we sent you a damaged, defective or wrong item.

how refunds work
refunds go back to your original payment method (card or paypal). please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up, depending on your bank.
