1. about us
this store is run by rez2ceo inc., a 100% indigenous owned and operated business based in saskatoon, saskatchewan. by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. presale orders
- all hoodies are sold as a presale and made to order.
- you pay in full when you place your order.
- the first batch goes to print once we reach 24 orders. orders placed after that are printed when the presale closes on october 21, 2026.
- if we don't reach 24 orders by october 21, 2026, every order is fully refunded.
- pickup and shipping dates are estimates. we'll keep you updated by email if anything changes.

3. pricing and payment
- all prices are in canadian dollars (CAD).
- we accept payment by card and paypal.
- we may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you placed your order.
- we can cancel and refund any order if there's a pricing error or a problem with payment.

4. pickup and shipping
- free pickup is available in saskatoon. we'll call or email you when your order is ready.
- shipping is available within canada only, for a flat $20.
- once a shipped order is handed to the carrier, we're not responsible for carrier delays. if a package is lost or damaged in shipping, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
- pickup orders not collected within 60 days of your ready notice may be cancelled without refund.

5. cancellations, returns and refunds
see our return and refund policy for full details. in short:
- you can cancel for a full refund before your batch goes to print.
- made-to-order items can't be returned or exchanged for fit or change of mind.
- damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded if reported within 14 days.

6. product details
we do our best to show colours and prints accurately. colours may look slightly different on different screens. sizes are listed in our size guide; small variations of about an inch are normal.

7. our designs
all designs, logos, names and content on this store, including "rez2ceo" and "indigpreneur," belong to rez2ceo inc. you may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.

8. limits on our responsibility
to the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under saskatchewan or canadian consumer protection law.

9. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of saskatchewan and the federal laws of canada that apply there.

10. changes
we may update these terms from time to time. the version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
